    Interim Report of Trustee

    Hi Folks!

I searched for a thread on this but to no avail so I hope I'm not duplicating.

I downloaded this from PACER but don't know what the report is or what each column means. In the Docket Report list it's called "Interim Report of Trustee", however on the actual report it's called "Individual Estate Property Record and Report".

I'm trying to upload a PDF or JPG of it but I'm getting a message that says it exceeds the forum quota. Perhaps I have to have a certain amount of posts before I can upload attachments? Guess I'll have to describe it.

There are 6 columns titled as follows:

    1. Asset Description
    2. Petition/Unscheduled Values
    3. Estimated Net Value (Value Determined By Trustee, Less Liens, Exemptions, and Other Costs)
    4. Property Abandoned
    5. Sale/Funds Received by the Estate
    6. Asset Fully Administered (FA)/Gross Value of Remaining Assets

    Column 1 is self explanatory.
2 contains the value of each asset.
    3 is all zeros.
    4 is blank.
    5 is all zeros.
6 says FA on every line.

Anyone know what this is and what it means?

    Thanks much!

I could be wrong but it sounds like the Trustee believes you have assets. Are you designated an asset case?

    DISCHARGED! - 10/15/08

Yes, but I was getting my hopes up about what Fully Administered might mean! lol! I've already been discharged and there's a note at the bottom of the report under "Major Activities Affecting Case Closing" which refers to whether the trustee should recover some money that I paid one creditor pre petition. It appears that all the other assets are "Fully Administered", whatever that means, and there's only that one thing holding back the closing.

oops, I think I might have put this in the wrong section. I didn't notice that this is the "pre discharge" section.
