When the Trustee sees it on my bank acct, is there going to be a problem? I mean, seriously, it is vital to my family that I send it. I am going without a spring jacket and putting off cell phone bill to scrape it together.

oh sorry to BUMP, but I mean, like, today! I need to send it asap.
This is the conversation I'm imagining:
"Why would someone who declared bankruptcy send $100 to family in another country?"
"Umm, cause if I didn't, they'd STARVE!"
I mean, it's not a ton, right? This is explainable enough not to impact my bankruptcy?

back in september of 2005 i purchased a 27-foot used trailer and paid another guy 1000 bucks to deliver it (i didn't trust myself to haul a rig that size myself 1000 miles) to my brother and his family who ended up homeless with hurricaine katrina. i was going to charge it, but because of insurance issues, i ended up paying cash (robbing peter to pay paul) and then only getting an insurance rider for the trip down. i also bought a new laptop for my brother so he would have a way to communicate (they lost their desktop and laptop). i had all the receipts and i never took a cash advance or check to pay for this merchandise. i just scraped it together.
it was 12 grand. the trustee didn't bat an eye. which goes to show, they are human. just be honest. i didn't pay my bills so that my brother could have a roof over his head. plain and simple. i'm not saying that this is right. it is what it is.
