Change in Pending Status. Question?

Ok today was day 66 i checked PACER this moring and it said under Status waiting discharge day 66 set from the 341 meeting.

Went back on 5 minutes ago and there is a change under peinding status.

Any help would be aprecited to what this means. thanks
