70 Days

Its been 70 days in my status on Pacer and it still says Awaiting Discharge I so depressed please please please I want this over.

Is it correct to assume that since it says awaiting discharge and the time to file objections has passed that I'm good to go?

my answer would be yes

you seem good to go I would either call the courts or, check for cases in your court system that were filed up to 5 weeks before yours and see the time line, I searched for common names like smith, jones brown and all of them were discharged around day 62.. and i was as well.... that might help.

Well today is day 76 for us and I am tired of waiting. I will be calling on Tuesday since Monday is a holiday.
