Our 60th day for objections has came and went with nothing happening. UST filed a presumption of abuse (707) and then motion to dismiss. She told our lawyer that we were close and to redo our numbers. We are in the midst of doing that. We have a hearing on March 9.
The UST did not file an extension to object and now that day has come and gone. Does 60 day deadline still count even when we under all these motions? Thx.
