Ok so got phone call from lawyer today and apparently the Trustee's office called wanting to know about my husband's unemployment income from last year. Well the income from a job loss was in March last year and we filed January this year so that is further than 6 months back on income. Question is if they see where he got unemployment then why can't they look at the dates and figure out it does not have to be included in the income when filing because of timing? This happen to anyone else? Anything to be worried about?

i am not sure they actually asked for the info. i think they just wanted to know why it was not in the bankruptcy income. which is why i was saying that it was irrevlevant because it was 9 months prior to filing. my attorney said they handled it. but it still freaks me out.Filed Jan 23rd, 2009

Right. We told them the info and I looked it up today just to double check and the last time he got unemployment was April 1 2008. We did not file until Jan 09. So my point was why do they care? And if they can see that he got it surley they can see what the dates are as well and put 2 and 2 together on their own without asking. Oh well it is almost doomsday and I am almost where I don't give a XXXX!!! I am so tired of all this. People who say you can spend "normally" after you file I don't believe. They can look at anything for any time period and make you jump through every hoop imaginable I am sure. I won't be able to spend "normally" until after I am closed.
