    About time!

I bought one of those misc ticklers online at a not too reputable shop, if you know what I mean...

I did a little googlin' for ya and I think a tickler is some kind of file system reminder.

Found this info on a court website

      Queues
Queues are designed to provide a follow-up or tickler mechanism after a submission has been filed. An example of this would be when a clerk would review and approve a filing and then need to do follow-up work such as to send out summons. A queue allows a group of users to look at and act on an entry. Another example of a queue might be when a filing is assigned to an arbitrator because of ADR requests. In this case the clerk would file the documents and post the information to an arbitration queue where further action could take place.

THere must be something due then, but it wasn't included in the text, I suppose.

Could it possibly correspond to the last day for objections?

DId you get a new 341 date?

LOL I thought it was that new product by Trojan......

It was a perfect wrap up to a very LONG day to get that news. Notice was sent out to the creditors as well that the automatic stay has been reinstated. Yay!

I'll call the clerk and ask tomorrow. It's a busy day... first day on the job in the new city! Thanks for googling for me. You found more than I did!

Oh and no new 341 scheduled but the Trustee already filed the report of no distribution.

I believe a "tickler" is a kind of reminder notice in the PACER filing system of a future event. Seems as though it kind of flags the system to do something, like have the judge take a look at it, or a clerk perhaps so maybe your case doesn't just get lost somehow in the PACER system.

That is my take on it, anyway, I could be horribly wrong.

Good luck tomorrow in the new trabajo!
