Bank leaving balance on acct. after discharge...

Are they suppose to do this? The balance also still shows on my credit report. I spoke to the manager of the collections dept. at the bank and she said that she will update my credit report to say "included in bk", but everytime i log on to my acct. because i still have a savings acct. with them...with a measly 5.00 balance. Its shows a balance of $18000.00 for my vehicle loan. Will this show on my credit report as well, it does as of now and is the ONLY balance showing everything else is cleared. Agh. Jerks! The lady was real witch too! And everytime i ask to speak with someone else, i get transferred to HER!

Save yourself the stress and wait at least 45-60 days, then go back and check everything. It takes time for everything to be updated. The important thing right now is that you got your discharge, enjoy that for now, and know that a month or so down the road anything that's reported incorrectly can be fixed!
