I filed CH7 12-31, Taxes were forced on my property and I am using my tax refund to help out with the shortage. My gf, soon to be fiancee, who is in school and comes home on weekends wants to give me 3k, to help with the shortage. Should I just have her pay it from her account instead of giving me the money, depositing it and then paying it out of my account? What are your opinions on this, can the trustee do anything to me about it or anything?

If you are keeping the house, then pay the property taxes.
It is probably overly cautious to pay them from your girlfriends account, but it couldn't hurt to do it that way. Since you have already filed and had your 341 there should be no problem depositing the check into your account. I am assuming you have already received the report from the Trustee that you have no assets and no distribution. (You may have to go on Pacer to see this report).
If you are not keeping the house, then do NOT pay the taxes.
