After 341?

How long should you wait to check PACER after your 341? When will you know about the Trustees decision?

Your 341 meeting should already show up on Pacer, and possibly the Trustee report to the court will be on there too.... mine was the next morning.....
But you still have the 60 days waiting period for objections from the creditors to sit out....then you will see your discharge next.

My 341 isn't listed - just on the report notification. No transcript either. Has me a bit worried, even though I know I shouldn't be ...

I think ours took about 2 weeks to be updated, but I have noticed some are done within a couple days, just depends on the area and the workload.

I try. I have to admit though that I send Pacer $20 for about 5 weeks in the billing cycle. Of course I was nosey and anxious, as well as I was trying to navigate the system. I did start checking it only once a week after the info showed on the 341. Maybe that will help.

I'm way up there right now too just waiting for information to post. Good thing I'm traveling for work all next week, will keep me off the site! I'm staying off until I get back - that should give the two weeks they might need. I also put a call into the lawyer (his request after I left my 341) - maybe he'll have some info.
