Are all Banks notified when u file chapter7 or just the one you use.. i have no loans there? Do they notify your employer even though it is none of his or her business?

they notify your creditors. The do not notify your bank or your employer unless you list them as one of your creditors..

11/09/2005 Successful 341! Trustee proclaims NO ASSET DISTRIBUTION!!! OH YEAH!

I went back and checked on Pacer and all it only shows that the creditors that I actually owed money to secured and unsecured that were notified. MY bank, creiditors that were paid in full, etc. were not notified. Hope that helps (also, I never saw it in the papers) Remember anybody can look it up on Pacer if they know what to look for. I checked on a couple of cases that I knew had been filed to get ideas on time frames, attorney costs, etc. Good luck
