Property Sold on Land contract to Investor
I sold my first home to an investor who took over the payments with my name still on the title & then he land contracted it out to someone else & I am stuck on the title for an open amount of time. He refuses to buy the property outright and the city has now condemend it. I have over 150,000.00 in debt and I am a single mother with two kids. I have to file B7, what will happen with this other house contract? Will he be able to sue me?
