When will pacer be updated to show we had the 341 meeting, we had it on march 26 and the trustee said he would recommend this for a discharge under chapter 7. Could there be a problem?

When PACER is updated depends on how busy the trustee's staff is. Bk courts across the country are dealing with a large increase in filings as the US economy continues to take a dive, so they are stretched pretty thin.
If you filed with a lawyer, call and ask him/her what's going on. If you filed on your own, call the trustee's office and politely ask the staff when you might see something about your case updated. Don't be surprised if they are shocked you know anything about PACER
