Urgent!!!Security deposit on apartment prior to 341
We're going to be losing our home in the Ch.7 and we didn't think and paid a security deposit on a house to rent (in anticipation of foreclosure).
Will this hurt us on our 341? The mortgage company had already started foreclosure proceedings prior to our 341 so we got scared and paid a security deposit in anticipation of being thrown out quickly.
