Retrieval of exempt property
My vehicle has a nonconsensual lien on it from a towing company that still has possession of the vehicle. I've recently filed a voluntary chapter 7 and I've claimed the car as exempt. Is the company required to release my vehicle once my debt with the company is discharged? Do I have to file a separate motion to enforce the court's discharge to get my car back?
