HELP!!! what happens if paperwork is filled wrong?

Quick question. What happens if you catch a mistake after the paperwork is filed. I recieved my paperwork today to sign and my lawyer is telling me to make the necessary changes and then send it back to him with all the signatures on them, and then he will makes the changes and file. What happens if that after I see what he has filled, I look it over and see that there are more mistakes?

First of all you have a lawyer.
But if you do find mistakes that need to be changed, you can amend them after they are filed.

Exactly, you can always amend your bankruptcy petitioin any time before discharge, so don't worry.

Just inform your lawye...although, he will probably charge you extra to amend your petition after filing.

Bankrupt my lawyer actually did make a mistake and I just got it last week. I told him to ammend it and he called me a detective and told me im nutz. Don't worry 12 hours until my meeting. I did a dry run to the location today and the exit was closed. When i get downtown I will have to pay 20 bucks to declare bankruptcy and then take a cab. I am leaving 4 hours early. When its over im going to a buddies and I am going to get Drunk ! What a stressful time. Good luck all
