All paperwork done and will sign when he sends it. Filling fee and his fee was 950. I didn't have to fill any paperwork as to assetts. He asked about cars, collections, stocks bonds etc. Very quick. I asked about all the junk I sold and have obtained over time and he said all the trustee wants is big ticket items and not to worry over all the little stuff. The only thing left of value is my motorcycle and if it goes so be it. It's just about winter and I never even titled it last summer as I never ride it anyway. It doesn't work well and I'm sick of trying to get it to work well. He told me to bring nothing but my SS and be on time for the 341. If the trustee wants anything to provide later.

Mrman - did you have a question? Wasn't sure.
But, you need to defintely have your license with you or picture id if you don't have one.
I would get my stuff together anway, bankstatements, proof of insurance, tax returns and a few pay stubs, just in case, because the trustee doesn't give you very long to provide this info, generally 2 weeks from request date to reach him. If you don't have these it could take longer to get them than 2 weeks. The IRS can provide duplicate forms, etc.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....
