Is there a web site you can go to to check on the progress of the bk or see whats the trustee is doing with your bk???

Yes, Pacer will give you all the up to date information on the progress of your BK.

Anyone know how quickly this info is update?

I just want to be able to double-check that my attorney has filed.... but it's not showing yet! Getting nervous -- nothing unusual for me though!

Where do you seach on here to see if your case has been filed? Query, and then put your SSN in?

typically depending on the state it should show up in pacer within a week of filing. When you logon to pacer it comes up to a screen and with a couple columns I think, and you choose bankruptcy, then enter your lastname, first name, last four digits of social, and I think you put in a time bracket (I put in a week), and it should pop up with your case.
