Can collection agency show up at 341... if they bought your debt...or there attorney?

They can-but I can't imagine them having a valid reason to change your case. Even if they argued that you had bad intentions when you stopped paying the original creditor 6-12 months ago, nothing would come of it I imagine!Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision. -

I would think that the amount would have to be rather large to be worth their while. Then they would have to prove fraud.
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....
