Earned but unpaid wages

I am almost ready to print out my forms for BK7. My question has to do with earned but unpaid wages. My wife is paid the 15th and 30th of each month and I am paid the end of the month. I will be filing around the 12th before new bk law takes effect. Should I list our earned but but unpaid wages as an exemption and if so should I list a dollar amount and 75% minimum or just the 75% and not put a dollar amount??
