I'm going to be moving but have decided to file in the state I reside currently and attend the 341. After the 341 I plan to move to another state, live with family and have a part time job lined up. WIll the fact that I'm not going to be reaffirming my auto loan and won't have rent or utilities after I move push me into a 13? I'm unemployed currently, have no income and below the median anyways. Or will this not matter since it's after the 341? Someone help I'm nervous now. I just want this behind me.

I seriously doubt it could push you into a 13.
A part time job is not likely to provide enough income to meet basic living expenses such as food/gas etc.
I'd wait til after discharge to move though, just to be sure
