I have been a long time reader and posted just a few times- long story short
2006-2007- made well over $100k
2007- lost job, unemployed for 6 months
2008- found job about about 1/2 previous pay- filed Ch13
pay cut cut drastically
2009 converted from Ch13 to Ch7
341 yesterday- trustee looked over tax forms and said that if anybody deserved to be discharged, we are!
Just waiting on bank approval of short sale, but that should be fine.
