undefined well in a situation my husband not working, i trying to find an honest attroney and one that will work of rmmme not just for money. i am in 3 months of back pay in the truck they want to vountarty it, they alerady took a payment out that wipe me out until my next pay. which i owe 15,000 on the truck, i also have amex 10,000 in debt. i have 5,ooo in discovered, 3,000 in mbna credit debt, i have medicalbills in collections sears, about 3,000 and then i have the school insurance that sue me for over 7,000 for a wash fountain there no proof except that they got my handicap kid to confess with out me there., so i wonder if i could canndidate on 7? i did some cash advances back in june and july one on disc, and the other mnba will that be problem? also amex said they will ganish if it goes to court and the truck said the same thing can they do this?also i have that water fountain by the school if i got to court and the judge favor this school b/c of them being good freinds can i still go bkr after the juge decision? or even the auction of the truck. please helpi have desperate i only one working i dont know what todo canyou add stuff after you file? thanks

Angela, you seem like a good candidate. If you file and ignore or stop paying the credit card debt and mdeical bills then you can focus on paying for the truck. As long as you pay for the truck and agree to keep paying it it will not be discharged or taken. You can reaffirm your intent to pay that loan and make things right with the car company. I don't think that you need an attorney as there are many in-expensive places out there that will fill out paperwork for you. Best advice is to stop using the credit cards and shift the priority from the cards to the car payment and forget about medical bills. If you are filing do so fast so that you can stop garnishment and collection activity. good luck
