    trustee letter and paperwork?

    #2
Usually the Trustee will request paperwork before the 341 meeting if he needs it. Just be prepared at 341 meeting with copies of bank statemets and last 6 check stubs.

    You should be okay,

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

I didn't get a letter either, am taking check stubs, etc. with me. (Even if he doesn't need them, gives me something to do...)

You should get something from the lender on your car if you plan to reaffirm. Or, you can just keep your payments up to date w/ out signing anything.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

I filed Pro Se and recieved a letter from the trustee a week after filing. I would think if you have a lawyer , the lawyer recieves the letter. Even though I mailed the trustee the papers he wanted I am still bringing every single piece of documentation (originals/copies)that I have sent , filed, with me to my 341 , just to be safe.

Our 341 meeting was Sept. 16. There were several items of information that the trustee wanted, he told us at the 341. We had 10 days after that to get the extra info. to him.

We recieved an agreement to sign, to reaffirm our car loan, about 2 weeks before the 341, but there were a couple of lenders present at the court with reaffirmation agreements for others to sign that day, so it must depend on the bank.
