    Filing Fee retractable?

I'm moving back out of state, was going to file in the state I am now but am going to hold off. I have paid my attorney here in the state I reside in and was wondering if you think I will have any issues on having the money returned. I will use this for the new attorney in my new state. I'm not worried about being sued as I'm unemployed, have no money in the bank and no assetts. I will be bailing on my lease too so that will have to be included in the BK when I file.
    9/22/2009 - officially filed chapter 7
    11/03/2009 - scheduled 341 - COMPLETED
01/04/2010 - last day for objections
    01/11/2010 - DISCHARGED & CLOSED

You need to reside in the new state for 91 days before you can file there. If it's not too much hassle, you could have this attorney file you in your current state, and just show up for the 341 meeting.

Yes but it's 1100 miles away! I figure I will just wait the 3 months and 1 day and file in my new state. I resided there prior to the state im in now.
