    Okay, now what????

Well, today (October 11, 2005) is the last day for creditor objections or the date of dischargeability. What exactly does this mean??? I hope that it means that I'm about to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I filed my BK-7 on June 28, had my Meeting of Creditors on August 11. So, this date (October 11, 2005) is another milestone. I hope it means something good. I have not received anything in the mail, and Pacer isn't showing what I'd like to see just yet. I know the day isn't over, but I'm a little anxious. If anyone can share some insight as to what I can expect after midnight (smile), I would certainly appreciate it.

I'd also like to thank everyone on the site for the help that is provided to the users. I know it seems like I've been laying low, and I have. I visit the site everday, sometimes without signing in. I just love to read the questions and answers, as this has helped me through my own situation. I will continue to support this site and its users, as this is a place to come to when you feel the chips are down. It's nice to see that there are others out there experiencing what I too am experiencing. Thanks again!!!

Your discharge should be soon, depending on how far behind the courts are in entering them...
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
