We are sked for our meeting of creditors on Friday. We were going to let the car go back to the creditor and on Monday of this week I got rear ended and totaled the car. Any ideas on what happens now?

that is a bummer. I would let it go back to the bank and then see if you can settle with the insurance company on a lower amount and maybe get some cash out of it.
