So I just checked my checking account and it's negative $500. I had some charges that were autodrafted taken out and I wasn;t expecting. My question is will these be able to be discharged if I'm filing in 6 months since I'm moving to a different state? Also, my current utility bills like electric, gas and comcast as well since I'm dead broke? I will not be using them anyways since different state has different servers. This is all a thanks to the attorney I paid $1600 to and he is refusing to refund my money. I never signed a document indicating the deposit was non-refundable, etc. I wasn;t planning on moving out of state but loosing my job and being unemployed didn;t help. What do I do?
