My husband and I have had some financial difficulty in the last 8 months. Mostly, it's been real estate issues. We have had our condo on the market for 8 months and after lowering the price by 50k still no showings. We have not been paying for our mortgage since Feb'09 (it's June now) and was wondering if bankruptcy is an option to avoid a foreclosure (We want to to get rid of the property). My husband also has some other delinquent accounts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
