In you guys`s experience, or that you have heard of, how high over the median income can you be and still be able to convert from a 13 to a 7 due to decrease in income?

Well we are below the median. Granted we are only below by about $900 but we've had a decrease in income of $10K a year. We tried to convert to a 7 and we were notified today the US Trustee has flagged us for presumption of abuse so our 7 may not go through.
Our means test shows disposable income still
4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!
