Almost discharged�

Today was the last day of the 60 day period for objections, so I went to check PACER and our attorney filed a last minute Debtor's Motion to Delay Discharge for 30 Days to allow time for filing of reaffirmation agreement. I haven't heard from our attorney about this, but I assume it is because WaMu has been slow at getting around to a reaffirmation and now they want one. I will now for sure when I call the attorney tomorrow. I was hoping today was the day we could start watching for the discharge papers.

One of the reasons I did not reaffirm anything as I knew it could delay my dishcarge, my nerves could not have taken it! Good luck to you hope 30 days goes quick!!
