Means Test question

So the UST got involved in my case and my Pacer flag says MeansYes.

Now dh is curious. Where can we get a copy of the means test? I mean apparently the UST filled one out right? My lawyer didn't. No where in my paperwork is there a copy. We are below median so he didn't do one.

Could I find the Means test in Pacer somewhere?

*IF* it was on pacer, it would be in "history/documents" I would think.
