can I form an LLC or corp after filing?

I have a small business I want to start, (cant do it as sole proprietor) can I form an LLC or corp after filing (using exempt funds, and will inform trustee at 341 meeting)? Is there any problem with this?

Even though the funds are exempt, they're property of the bk estate until discharge. Leave it alone until after discharg.

But keepmine is correct, even exempt assets are still property of the BK estate until the BK is discharged.

thanks, I forgot that it would be property of the estate. I am not talking about alot of $ used, probably about $1200. What if I received a gift of the funds I need after filing? Then would the BK be concerned with the business? Or what will happen if I do everything before filing?
