7 and 13 question

Can I file a 13 and my wife file a 7 at the same time. I filed a 7 in the past 7 years. I dont think we can hold out another year before we do something. I cant do another 7 for awhile.

I hoped we could file seperatley. Her a 7 and me a 13. We dont have alot of joint debt. We have the house together and a creditcard. Eveything else is seperate.

Its possible I suppose so long as you are not in a community property state. However how practical it would be you'd need to discuss with a lawyer to be sure it's the best fit for you. He might have other ideas too. I'd see 3-4 and see what they think of your situation, be sure to mention when you personally filed last.
