It's been about a year since my Chapter 7 was discharged, I have a truck payment that I have been paying for the last year that wasn't reaffirmed....my husband recently lost his job and we really no longer can afford the payments, am I correct in thinking that since we didn't reaffirm, we can still walk away from this truck without any liability?
