Ok my pr-se chp7 petition will be filed by "ME" and after all my homework and getting facts together on my simple no-asset case i'm wondering if the trustee will give me a problem with a credit card acct that I pay for my mom. I'm just a authorized user, she helped me out when i got in terrible debt , so i can use it for you know breathing, eating,, things most people get to enjoy lol!!
getting back to the point, sometimes i pay payments for her , using my checking acct, im assuming this shouldnt be a problem being that i am in the high negatives as far as what income i have left over after all my expenses,, im certainly a 7 canidate, allso i make payments for her for a computer that is under her name? is this terrible ? so all in all after they look at my last 6 months bank statements will they give me problem on this,,
