Did you start paying WF the original monthly payment when you were discharged in 9/08? I don't understand why WF is demanding the full payment. Don't know you much your Attorney would charge to help assist you with your dilema.

Dh has a ParentPlus Loan & I'm going to have him call & ask for the Bankruptcy dept. and get their address so we can mail in his monthly payment as the auto-debit will cease once we file BK in 9/09.

I'm sure WF reported to the 3 Credit Bureaus IIB while you were in bankruptcy. I don't know the laws on them reporting to Bureaus after BK.

You would have to look at your State Collections Law as to the % of garnishment of your wages.
