My 341 was done today on 7/9/2009. My trusteee did not even ask for bank statements. Pretty much regular stuff and said he has no more questions. Questions like my name, true tax returns, any ihnheritance in next 6 months, How did I come up with my house value, working for same employer etc... My creditors were not there. Do not need to be nervous about 341 meeting. only 1 in 1000 have weird questions and grilling by creditors.
