I`m in the process of converting my 13 to a 7 due to a large decrease in income. I`m still over the median, but no income left over to fund the 13. I`m looking for people who have been thru this. Is there anything you wish you would have known or done differently? Were there any avoidable pitfalls? I had all unsecured cc debt, but have been paying my mortgage,2nd, and vehicle outside the plan. I definately want to reaffirm the vehicle to prevent any chance of repossesion, but what about the house, which I do want to keep? Thanks for all input in advance.
