Met with a attorney this morning, my 3rd interview.
I like the guy, we only talked about the case for maybe 20 minutes, he gave me a folder with a list of items he will need, and what I needed to do between now and when we file.
I was up front and open about how it all happened, he said not a problem. We talked about a few other things not case related. I think he was feeling me out so to speak, thats the impression I got but I was ok with that since I was open and honest with him.
He said my case should go through without a problem, relax and go live my life, dont stress over anything and if any creditors give me any problems, send them his way.
I am going to keep the house and my truck, he said we might have to go to hearing about the truck, but dont worry about it if we do. The payment is low enough I think it will pass without a problem.
So I have an attorney on retainer and in 2 months we should file when I have him paid up.
