DISCHARGED!!! Riverside, CA

I cannot believe I can finally post it, I am discharged and sooner than I thought. I called 7/27 exactly on day 60 and they said that the court was behind and that it would take a month or two. Then I called yesterday and a nice lady said that she would put me on a list and that I should call in a week. So I checked pacer just now and there it was.....DISCHARGED and awaiting closing!!! Happy as ever. New start here I come.

Thanks for this wonderful forum. Could not have done it without all the wonderful people who take the time to give advice and share their experiences. Thanks to all and good luck to those just starting there bks, my advice is to re-read everything and be as honest as possible, and be patient. Don't blame yourselves for being in this situation because it takes courage to admit our mistakes. Good luck and once again THANK YOU!!!

4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!
