Cars Owe Trustee Some Money

I got two cars I am going to keep in the Chapt 7 conversion
I get 10 months to pay off the dollar amount proposed to keep
the cars......

Does this 10 month period extend the 60 days in other words
no discharge until the cars paid off or does the discharge happen
and i just pay trustee and if I miss payment he can reopen the case
or take the cars....

Does the 60 day period carry out till the cars are paid off?

Shouldn't affect discharge, though closing could not occur until after you'd paid the amount.

ok makes sense what I am leading up too I am planning a streamlined offer to the IRS and state tax agency I know they wont consider a active bankruptcy case. Now is it considered active with a discharge but still open paying off cars? Or upon discharge its considered inactive but still open to collect on the cars?
