Can you turn in a auto that was purchased with payments but not included in the origianl BK7. The BK 7 has been completed 1 month ago, can I still turn in this vehicle?

no I believe my friend has not done anything but he thought it would be better to buy a car before the bk 7 was and turned in a truck. Now he his having problems with making the payments on this vehicle and he had is bk 7 closed last month. thanksComment

well its a used car about 10years old. and he bought before the bk and turned in his truck thinking it would be better to manage his money. Thanks for your help!Comment

If he purchased it BEFORE BK and did NOT reaffirm the loan, then yes he can return it.May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs

May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
