    Surrendering the house...

I just had my 341 hearing on Sept. 2nd. I am surrendering my house back to the bank, but can't seem to get a straight answer from my attorney as to when I will have to be out of my home.

Does anyone know, typically, how long they give you before they kick you to the curb? I live in Pennsylvania.

    thanks!!

Have they started to foreclose yet?

    - Timeline: Typically 90 days<---Man that's quick.

No, I received a copy from the Mortgage company's attorney that they filed for "Relief of Automatic Stay" and have a hearing to get it lifted on Sept 15th. So does this mean they have to go through the entire process of Foreclosure now?

Yes. Now the actual process may start.

They could act right away, or take their sweet time. You will be kept apprised either way.
