    chapter 7 discharged but problem with credit 3 credit bureau

    I need some help my bankruptcy was discharged already last October. Now my problem is i checked my 3 credit bureau and i found out, that there's is four still outstanding record that showing i still owed them i send a letter to the 3 credit bureau to inform them that those are included on my chapter 7 and it was discharged. I got a letter from one of the credit bureau that they were asking for the copy of my discharged letter which i have it here and they were also asking about the copy all the list of my creditors included on the chapter 7 . I don't have copy of those creditor all i know is i gave it to my Lawyer everything and all the accounts numbers how can i get a copy of those files??? please need some help

    Hi,

    Just ask your attorney for a copy of your chp 7 petition. Mail (certified) the discharge paperwork and a copy of your debt schedule to the specific creditor and credit bureaus, include a type letter instructing them to properly update your records to reflect BK7 and Zero Balance.
