60 Day waiting period over the holidays

60 Day waiting period over the holidays is both good and bad.

pro: maybe the credit card companies and their scum attorneys wont have enough time to file a motion to object.

con: having to worry about it all through the holidays. bummer!

Excellent points. Believe we may get a break because of the time of year but also because of all the folks who filed at the last minute. Believe I read that in the U.S. last year 2 million folks filed and that 500,000 of those filed in the last week.

Imaging the evil ones are simply overloaded in trying to deal with all of this. One can only hope.

No wonder my Trustee had "$$$$$$$$$$ signs in his eyes when the auction started...... no wonder he got so mad too over me disclosing all the damages..... I probably took some money "right out of his pocket".....

      LOL

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
