i want to file bankruty but i don't know wish chapt's are the best for me 7 or 13 .if anyone has been on chapt 13 or chapt 7 please let me know how that work .thanks.

In a chapter 7 you'll be petitioning to discharge all your secured/unsecured debts. In other words, you won't have to pay for your $50,000 debt. In a chapter 13 you'll have to repay your debts, via the trustee by a developing an amicable repayment plan with you and the creditors..
