    Spend Down with CH7

Once we do the initial spend down on the day of filing (in Oregon it's $800 bucks 60 days worth of food etc.), What happens to my paycheck following the initial filing until discharge?

Um, you pay your regular bills with it? You do have enough bills so that theres very little, say less than 100$ leftover monthly at the end of paying your bills right? Thats what you're looking to show in your filing.

Actually, we have more left over, but here is the kicker. We have aproximately $80K in student loans that have been in deferment that we want to start paying on, so we will have less than $100.

You might want to make arrangements w/ the student loans before filing, so that you can claim that in your budget. The s. loans will be deferred during the BK, at least until discharge though.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

I will talk to them and determine what our monthly payment is and include that in the budget.

          Thanks
