I have not gone through everything on this forum yet, but are there sample bankruptcy forms which are already all filled? Or, could such samples be posted on this forum? That could give a good guidance on how to fill the forms. I am trying to save attorney fee because I am very pinched. Thank you very much.

You can check out form7.com. THe forms have not been revised for post 10-17 filers, but the free version of the software includes samples you can view of the standard parts to the petition.
You can also try visiting your district's bankruptcy court. You may be able to sign on to their Pacer system to search for cases for free. (I'm not sure if that is possible or not.)Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
