    Question about Pacer info.

    Hi All,
Just checked Pacer this evening, have been on there once before, in November. We filed 8/03, 341 Sept. 16, and deadline for creditor objections is Jan. 15.

On Dec. 15, Trustee sent a record of our previous 6 months transactions to the U.S Trustee. Is this routine, or does it mean he's found something he's concerned about?

Only 10 more days until our deadline for objections. Hope this thing is over soon.

    Becky-

The deadline for objections is usually 60 days. Did the turstee or US trustee file for extra time? The US Trustee usually gets involved if your income is higher than average-though he may also review some cases randomly.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

what is it that you have/know that this happened? was something filed on pacer that shows this or did they contact your attorney, etc? what document was it?

the us trustee can and usually does the very last day to the discharge. no that is not normal for cases. if he is targeting a given time frame of events then it means they are looking closer at it. 6 months is pretty broad though. so maybe nothing.

however, both of them always look at things all the time. but what i need to know is what communication between them took place.

Our deadline for objections was extended to Jan 15, because ours is an asset case -- we hold a seller-financed mortgage on a house we sold 3 years ago. It's a 10 year note. The trustee has taken it and has been receiving the payments from our buyers ever since our 341. He notified the creditors that there were assets to distribute, and they have until Jan 31 to ask for their piece of the pie. I assume he is going to sell the mortgage to an investor? (May be hard since we financed the house for friends and the interest rate on their loan is 0%)

Anyway, I have not heard from my attorney since I finished paying my fees before my 341 in Sept. He sent a junior partner or paralegal to our 341.

Here's what it said on Pacer: Well I had copied and was going to paste here but my IE crashed after I copied the page so now it won't paste...it said something like this --interim report of last 6 months transactions sent to U.S. Bankruptcy trustee. Records not available electronically. Report is available for 2 years by requesting from trustee panel.

I suppose if I could talk to my attorney, he might have a copy of this report in my file...but the jerk never has returned my phone calls, and the other people in the office never have any idea what's going on. He was wonderful until he had received his fee, then he disappeared into the woodwork.

Anyway, does everyone have this "interim report" show up on Pacer or is it something specific to our case?

        Thanks guys,
        Becky
